1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information you give us

When you submit our quote or contact form, use our chat assistant, or call/text us, you may provide:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The service you need (for example, car lockout, rekey, lock installation)
• Your city or service location
• Any note or details you choose to include about your request
• Your email address, if you choose to email us

You provide this information voluntarily. If you contact us by phone or text, we will have the phone number you used to reach us.

When you submit our form, we also record the IP address the request came from, together with your submission, as a basic anti-abuse and record-keeping measure.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This is described further in the "Cookies and Analytics" section below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request and contact you about the service you asked for
• Send you a confirmation by SMS text message that we received your request, and follow up about scheduling
• Provide the locksmith service you booked and issue a receipt
• Improve our website and services using aggregated, non-identifying analytics
• Keep records as needed for our business operations and legal obligations

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

When you submit a request through our website or give us your number, you agree that we may send you text messages about that request — including an automated confirmation that we received it, and follow-up messages about scheduling and your job.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can always simply call us at (623) 200-4499 instead.
• Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP, or call us, for help.
• Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to call us for service.

We do not sell or share your phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and with our own team.

5. Our Chat Assistant (AI)

Our website offers an automated chat assistant. It is powered by a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, which operates the Claude AI service). When you type a message into the chat, the text of your conversation is transmitted over an encrypted connection to that provider so it can generate a reply. If you type personal information into the chat — such as your name, phone number, or location — that information is included in what is transmitted.

Please do not type sensitive information into the chat, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords. We never ask for those, and you never need them to get service from us.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies and collects usage data to help us measure traffic and understand how the site is used. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally by us. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

7. How We Share Information — and With Whom

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only in these limited situations, and only over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections:

• Our website host — our site and our lead records run on our hosting provider's servers.
• Our text-messaging provider (OpenPhone) — receives your name, phone number, and the service you requested, so we can send you the confirmation text and alert our team.
• Our AI chat provider (Anthropic) — receives the text of your chat conversation so the assistant can reply. See "Our Chat Assistant" above.
• Our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) — receives website usage data and technical identifiers, not your form submissions.
• Our customer-management system — we forward your request (name, phone, service, city, and any note) into our internal customer-management system so we can schedule and follow up on your job.
• Our technicians — the person dispatched to you receives the details needed to complete the job.
• When required by law — to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others.

Each of these providers processes information on our behalf, under their own terms, and is not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide service, keep business records, and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us:

• Our website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection, and information sent to our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections.
• We never collect payment card numbers on this website. There is no online prepayment and no deposit. You pay your technician on site, after the job, using a card reader, cash, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — we do not store your card number.
• Access to customer records is limited to the owner and the technicians who need it to do the job.
• Our site applies standard security protections (including a content security policy, strict transport security, and rate limiting on our forms) to reduce abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP or contacting us
• Ask questions about how your information is used

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
