1. Who We Are

TrustKeyLocksmithAZ LLC is a locksmith service provider operating in the Arizona East Valley, including Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. You can reach us at (623) 200-4499 or trustkeylocksmithaz@gmail.com.

2. Services We Provide

We provide locksmith services that may include, among others, vehicle and residential and commercial lockouts, lock rekeying, lock installation and repair, smart lock installation, safe opening, master key systems, and related work. The specific services available may change over time. All service is subject to availability and to the technician's on-site assessment of the job.

3. Requesting Service

You can request service by phone, text, or through the forms on our website. When you submit a request, you confirm that:

Proof of ownership or authorization: For lockouts and similar work, our technician may ask for identification and proof that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle before beginning work. This protects you and is a standard part of responsible locksmith service. If authorization cannot be reasonably established, we may decline the job.

4. Pricing and Quotes

We provide flat-rate pricing quoted before any work begins. The price we quote for the agreed scope of work will not change for that scope. If the job turns out to be different from what was described — for example, additional doors, different hardware, or added services you request — we will provide a new quote for that additional work and get your approval before continuing.

Prices listed on our website are typical starting rates and may vary based on the specific job, location, time of day, and materials required. The price that applies to you is the one quoted to you directly before work starts.

5. Payment

Payment is collected on site, after the work is completed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not take online prepayment or deposits through this website. A receipt showing our company name is provided for every completed job.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician begins work, at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched and travels to your location, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can free up the appointment for other customers. Because we do not collect payment in advance, there is nothing to refund for a cancellation made before work begins.

7. Non-Destructive Entry

Where practical, we attempt non-destructive entry methods first. In some situations — depending on the lock, vehicle, or circumstances — non-destructive entry may not be possible, and drilling or replacing hardware may be required to complete the job. If that is the case, the technician will explain the situation and the cost before proceeding, and you can decide how to continue.

If non-destructive entry is not possible and you approve the quoted destructive method, you authorize us to proceed with it, and you accept that the affected hardware may need to be replaced. This does not release us from responsibility for damage caused by our own negligence.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, submit false or fraudulent service requests, or misuse the chat assistant or forms. The content on our website, including text, images, and our name and logo, is owned by TrustKeyLocksmithAZ LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Chat Assistant

Our website may offer an automated chat assistant to answer common questions. It is provided for general convenience, and its responses are informational only. Prices, availability, and job details are confirmed by our team directly — not by the chat assistant. Do not rely on the chat assistant for emergencies; for urgent help, call or text us at (623) 200-4499.

11. Our 30-Day Warranty

We warrant the locks we install and the keys we make for 30 days from the date of service. If, within those 30 days, a lock we installed or a key we made fails because of our workmanship or because of a part we supplied, call or text us at (623) 200-4499 and we will repair, re-do, or replace it at no charge for that original scope of work.

This 30-day warranty does not cover: damage from misuse, abuse, forced entry, vandalism, or accident; normal wear and tear; hardware or keys you supplied yourself; work performed by anyone other than TrustKey; or any lock or key we did not install or make. Parts manufactured by others may carry their own separate manufacturer warranty — that warranty is offered by the manufacturer, not by us.

Except for this 30-day warranty, and except for rights you have under Arizona law that cannot be waived, we make no other warranties, express or implied. No employee or technician is authorized to promise a longer or broader warranty than the one stated here.

12. Website Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. While we work to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing on the website — including prices, response times, and chat assistant replies — is a binding quote until confirmed by our team.

13. Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our work. If our technician damages your property or vehicle through our negligence while performing service, that is on us — contact us right away at (623) 200-4499 and we will make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, and except for property damage or bodily injury caused by our negligence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (for example, lost income, lost time, or missed appointments) arising out of your use of our website or our services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right you have under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq.), or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. If Something Goes Wrong — Talk to Us First

If you are unhappy with our work or believe we caused damage, please contact us at (623) 200-4499 or trustkeylocksmithaz@gmail.com before taking any other step, and give us a fair chance to fix it. Most issues can be resolved with one phone call. Nothing in this section prevents either of us from bringing a claim in an Arizona small-claims court.

16. General Terms

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the quote we give you for your job, are the entire agreement between us about that job. They replace any earlier statement, promise, or understanding, whether spoken or written.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect, and that part will be applied to the maximum extent it legally can be.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms on one occasion, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.

Third-party links. Our website links to third-party sites, such as our social media pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
